ClaimNexus is a workspace for managing Ontario workplace injury claims. It helps you organize documents, track deadlines, estimate benefits, and get AI-powered answers about WSIB policies. ClaimNexus does not submit anything to WSIB—it is your private tracking tool.

No. ClaimNexus is an independent service. We are not part of, endorsed by, or connected to WSIB or any government agency.

From your Portal or Claims page, click "New Claim" and complete the wizard. You need to enter the date of injury and employer name. The WSIB claim number is optional—you can add it later.

You can upload PDFs and images (JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF) up to 25 MB each. Common documents include decision letters, medical reports, Form 6/7/8, and correspondence.

The calculator provides estimates based on WSIB policy (85% of wage gap). Actual benefits depend on your specific situation and WSIB decisions. Always verify with WSIB or your representative.

No. The AI provides general information about WSIB policies. It is not legal advice. For complex situations, consult a licensed paralegal, lawyer, or your union.

Go to Settings and click "Manage subscription." You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Yes. We use encryption for all data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Data is stored in Canadian data centers. We are PIPEDA compliant.

Yes. You can download individual documents anytime. For a full data export, contact support@claimnexus.io.

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to resubscribe if needed. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
